These terms govern use of La Vie One. By using the service, the organization confirms its representative is authorized to accept these terms and manage its users and data.
Acceptable use
The platform may be used to manage dental practice operations and data lawfully and securely. Account sharing, attempts to access another organization’s data, and misuse are prohibited.
Practice responsibility
The practice remains responsible for data accuracy, clinical decisions, consents, record retention, and staff permissions. The platform is an operational tool and does not replace professional clinical judgment.
Subscription and payment
Features and limits depend on the selected plan. Payments currently use manual collection or cash on delivery until an approved payment gateway is enabled.
